1. About the Service

BayWonder is a fashion discovery and recommendation platform. We index products from third-party retailers and use AI to help users discover fashion items suited to their preferences. BayWonder does not sell products, process payments, hold inventory, or fulfill orders. When you decide to purchase a product discovered on BayWonder, you will be redirected to the applicable third-party retailer's website to complete your transaction.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features (including the AI Agent), you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Third-Party Purchases

When you click through to a retailer's website to make a purchase:

• Your transaction is solely between you and the retailer.
• BayWonder is not a party to that transaction and has no responsibility for it.
• The retailer's own terms, conditions, privacy policy, shipping policy, and return policy apply.
• Product availability, pricing, and descriptions are the responsibility of the retailer and may differ from what is displayed on BayWonder.
• BayWonder makes no warranties regarding the accuracy of product information displayed.

5. User-Generated Content

If the Service allows you to post content, you are solely responsible for that content. By posting, you grant BayWonder a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content on the platform. You warrant that your content does not infringe any third-party rights and complies with all applicable laws.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the BayWonder platform — including the AI Agent interface, design, text, logos, and technology — is the property of BayWonder or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from any BayWonder content without our prior written consent.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or other rights
• Submit false, misleading, or defamatory content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." BayWonder makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of the Service or any content therein. AI recommendations are generated algorithmically and are not professional fashion or financial advice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BayWonder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service or your reliance on any recommendations or product information provided. BayWonder's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to BayWonder in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

10. Changes to the Service

BayWonder reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction applicable to BayWonder's registered entity.
